DESCRIPTION:Dear: Board Members\, Business Leaders\,\nThe Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD) and the Ho Chi Minh City Green Business Association (HGBA) respectfully send you our warmest greetings\, and wish you health and success! \nWe are honored to invite you to attend the workshop “Climate Change Governance: Strategies\, Commitments\, and Actions of Businesses\,” held on May 14\, 2025. This event marks the first collaboration between VIOD and HGBA. \nClimate change is strongly impacting production and business activities\, requiring Vietnamese enterprises to restructure strategies towards sustainability. This demands the integration of effective governance with sustainable development governance\, with climate change governance as a core factor. The Board of Directors and Executive Board need to take a leading role in realizing ESG commitments\, developing green buildings\, participating in the carbon credit market\, and integrating sustainability factors into long-term strategies. \nIn this spirit\, HGBA\, in coordination with VIOD\, organizes the workshop “Climate Change Governance: Strategies\, Commitments\, and Actions of Businesses.” The collaboration between these two professional organizations aims to further promote and support enterprises in enhancing governance capacity\, including climate change governance\, towards sustainable development.
