HOW TO REGISTER AS A MEMBER OF HO CHI MINH CITY GREEN BUSINESS ASSOCIATION

Step 1:

The company fills out the Membership Application Form to join the Ho Chi Minh City Green Business Association (according to the provided template). The company’s representative signs and stamps the form, then submits it to the Association Office by one of the following methods:

• Option 1: Scan and send via email to: info@hgba.com.vn
• Option 2: Send via Zalo to phone number 0919 058 329 – Thuỳ Linh
• Option 3: Send the hard copy to the address: No. 9D2, Saigon Pearl – 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

Step 2: Pay the registration fee and annual membership fee

• Registration fee: 1,000,000 VND (one-time payment upon joining)
• Membership fee: 5,000,000 VND/year (paid annually)
• Long-term membership fee discount policy:
  • Pay membership fee for 3 consecutive years: 10% discount. Total payment: 13,500,000 VND
  • Pay membership fee for 5 consecutive years: 20% discount. Total payment: 20,000,000 VND
• Payment details:
  • Account name: Ho Chi Minh City Green Business Association Founding Committee
  • Account number: 1056516796
  • Bank: Vietcombank – Gia Dinh Branch
  • Transfer description: Company Name_Transfer Purpose

Step 3:

• The company’s introduction article can be posted on the website www.hgba.com.vn: Submit company logo, a short introduction (under 300 words), and 1-2 illustrative images
• The company’s logo and information will be featured in the Members section on the Association’s website

Step 4: The Association Office completes the procedure

• Issue receipt (invoice) for the paid registration fee and membership fee
• Issue Membership Certificate, which will be handed over at one of HGBA’s events
